Kaede Collective is based in both Osaka and Hong Kong, bringing you the trusted quality and the precise craftsmanship of Japanese products.
Our representatives travel across Japan to visit craftsmen and ceramists in smaller cities and bring these undiscovered gems to the world.
Other than special cases mentioned in the product pages, most products that we are selling are made in Japan.
Breaking the boundaries
Most Japanese stores limit their shipping methods for sending to local addresses only. Some of them even rejects overseas credit cards so it is not easy to purchase Japanese products from abroad.
Due to this reason, we also provide redirecting services and help you to purchase other goods from Japan.
Just drop us an email at kaede.collective@gmail.com with the items that you would like to purchase and your contact method (Email/Whatsapp/Signal).
Our representatives will contact you as soon as possible.

About delivery
Products in stock in Hong Kong
The delivery fee is exempted for orders over HK$700 and containing only products that ships from Hong Kong.
For orders that are under HK$700 and containing only products that ships from Hong Kong, the delivery fee will be HK$70.
Other than special cases mentioned in the product pages, most products can be shipped from Hong Kong within 2-3days after payment is received.
Depending on the delivery addresses, we will ship the orders with different companies including but not limited to HK Post and SF Express.
If you have special requests on the delivery methods, please specify in the notes section in your order.
Products being shipped from Japan
Some of our products will be shipped from Japan directly using Japan Post Airmail service.
All shipments that being shipped directly from Japan will be charged with a delivery fee based on the total weight of the order.
Other than special cases mentioned in the product pages, we will ship all products in an order together.
If you have special requests on the delivery methods, please specify in the notes section in your order.
Mixed orders
If your order contain both products in stock in Hong Kong and products being shipped from Japan, they will be shipped separately.
Shipping fee will be calculated with the above rules, i.e.
There will be a HK$70 delivery fee for products that being shipped from Hong Kong and the delivery can be exempted if the order exceeds HK$700.
Products that being shipped from Japan directly will be calculated separately based on the total weight of the order.

About payment
We currently accept payment via PayMe or FPS in Hong Kong.
You will receive a separate email regarding the payment methods after the order is confirmed.

About refund / return
Normally we don't accept any return and we will not provide any refund.
However, if you received the order with any products damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us in the online store, via Instagram/Facebook direct messages, or through email.
